Daily Profit Emails in BeProfit

BeProfit sends daily profit report emails to help you stay updated on your store’s performance. If you or your team are not receiving these emails, there are a few possible reasons and solutions.

Why Am I Not Receiving Daily Profit Emails?

Unsubscribed from Emails  
You may have unsubscribed from daily profit emails.  
To check or update your preferences:  
Go to Settings > Shop > Notification Management in your BeProfit dashboard.  
Here, you can manage which notifications and reports you receive.

Inactivity (21-Day Rule)  
If you have not logged into your BeProfit account for 21 days, daily profit emails are automatically paused. The last report will be sent exactly 21 days after your last login. To resume receiving daily emails, simply log back into your BeProfit account.

Still Not Receiving Emails?  
If you have checked your notification settings and logged in recently but are still not receiving daily profit emails, please contact BeProfit support for further assistance.
