Refund policy
At BeProfit, we believe in being fair. If you feel you've been charged incorrectly or have a billing concern, we want to hear from you.
We're open to refunds when the case makes sense.
We don't have a blanket no-refund policy. If something went wrong, whether it's an unexpected charge, a billing overlap, or a situation where the app wasn't providing value reach out to our support team and we'll review it together.
How billing works
BeProfit subscriptions are managed through Shopify. This means all charges are processed by Shopify on our behalf. To cancel your subscription, this must be done through your Shopify admin settings. We are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf, but we're happy to guide you through the process.

We're not here to hold onto money that isn't ours. If your situation is reasonable, we'll work with you to make it right. We just ask that you come to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly with a conversation.
