If you connect an ad platform (such as Facebook, Google, or others) to BeProfit and accidentally select the wrong ad account(s), you may notice ad spend data from accounts you did not intend to include.
Why Does This Happen?
When you first connect an ad platform to BeProfit, all selected ad accounts are imported. If you deselect an account after the initial connection, the historical data from that account is not automatically deleted.How to Remove Unwanted Ad Account Data
1. Go to Settings > Costs > Marketing Platforms in BeProfit.
2. Find the relevant ad platform row (for example, Facebook or Google) and click the three-dot menu on the right.
3. Select Disconnect.
4. Choose Delete Data to remove all historical data from previously connected ad accounts.
5. Reconnect your ad platform, making sure to select only the ad accounts you want to track.
Important Notes
- Deleting data is permanent. Make sure you only remove data you no longer need.
- After reconnecting, only the selected ad accounts will be imported and tracked in BeProfit.
