For help completing User setup and granting entitlements, click the links below to go to the service's User Administration page.
Additional steps are required within the service to complete setup.
No additional steps are required. You can grant specific entitlements within the service.
Important: If Dual Administration is enabled for your company, newly added Users will go into a Pending status. A second Administrator will need to follow the steps for Dual Administration to complete User setup.
Lockbox Services requires Dual Administration within the service for any modifications made to a User or Group permissions.
Dual Administration is an optional feature that helps your company manage the risk of fraud by requiring two SVB Online Banking Administrators to create/modify Users and entitlements.
If 'Dual Administration' is Enabled for your company (visible on the 'User Administration' screen), newly created or modified Users/Administrators require a second Administrator to review and approve any changes.
The 'Status' of a User will display as Pending if new, or Modify-Pending if there are changes pending approval. Contact Client Services to enable Dual Administration for your company.
A second Administrator can complete the following steps within User Administration to review and approve changes:
Hover over your Name and select Users below 'Administration'.
Click the # Users next to 'Users Pending Action' to display the User(s) pending review.
Click the Pending (if new User) or Modify-Pending (if existing User) link.
To review the proposed changes, click Review Changes at the bottom of the screen. The 'Verify Changes' screen displays the 'Original' and 'Pending Changes'. Click Close when done reviewing.
Click to Approve or Reject the User changes. Click Cancel to discontinue.
