We’re so excited you’ve taken the steps to apply for a free, Viably Business Account! Following your application, we try to get you approved quickly. In some cases we may need additional information to move you through the approval process. There are also instances where you may not meet our eligibility criteria, and we will not be able to move forward with your application.

During the application process, we will communicate updates about your account’s status through Viably’s app and via email. Let’s review the possible paths you may experience, once you’ve submitted your Viably Business Account application.

You’re Approved!

If approved for a Viably Business Account, with no additional questions through the verification process, we will notify you immediately. You’ll see this update via email and within your Viably app.

Once approved you’ll find your new Viably Business Account on your Viably Cash dashboard! From here you can access your accounting and routing numbers to fund your account, and you can easily see the current/available balance in the account.

Additionally, you’ll be automatically issued a virtual and physical Viably debit card that can be used once you’ve moved money into your Viably Business Account.

We Need More Information

We aim to make the application and approval process as seamless as possible, but sometimes we may need some additional information to validate your business.

If this is the case, immediately following your application’s submission, we direct you to a screen with a list of the documents we need you to provide and the option to securely upload the documents there.

We’re Unable to Approve You

During our review process, we may find that you and your business do not meet our eligibility requirements for a Viably Business Account.

In addition to the requested personal and business information during the application, we require:

  • The business is organized, registered, and located in the United States.

  • The applicant is 18 years or older and must be a US Citizen or legal resident.

  • The applicant (be it an owner or a controller) is authorized to provide information about the business and can enter agreements on behalf of the business.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, we will not be able to verify or approve you for a Viably Business Account. If this is the case, we will notify you via email.
