      How can I connect my ecommerce marketplace to Viably?

      Learn how you can connect your various ecommerce marketplaces to Viably.

      Connect all the stores where you're selling, to Viably!

      With this connection, Viably can better customize your funding offers but it helps improve the visibility across your business. You can more easily see your cash flow's performance as it's tied to the marketplaces you sell on, build growth plans for inventory restock or product launches on each marketplace, and more!

      In this article we'll walk you through connecting the following marketplaces to Viably: 
      *Note - this article provides the steps for connecting your marketplaces via Viably's Automation tab. If this is your first time applying for funding with Viably, you will be asked to connect your stores during your funding application process!

      How do I connect my Walmart marketplace to Viably?

      1. Within the "Commerce" section of Viably's Automation tab of Viably, you will see the option to select "Other Ecommerce Platforms." This will open our link wizard with Rutter, our trusted and secure technology partner, who helps simplify connecting to your ecommerce marketplaces.

        Select "Other Ecommerce Platforms" to connect Walmart to Viably.

      2. This will open our link wizard with Rutter, our trusted and secure technology partner, who helps simplify connecting to your ecommerce marketplaces, like Walmart.

        To connect Walmart to Viably, click continue in the Rutter wizard.
      3. Press continue, and then select Walmart.

        Select Walmart to securely connect your Walmart store to Viably.

      4. Once selected you’ll be asked to create a new connection with Viably to your Walmart Marketplace via your Walmart Developer Portal. Follow the prescribed steps of:
        -Adding a new integration, selecting Rutter as your provider
        -Enter “View Only” permissions
        -Click submit, and enter your credentials (Client ID and Client Secret)  into Viably’s Wizard.

      5. Once you’ve clicked “Finish” you’ll be alerted that the connection was successful. 🎉 You will then be redirected to Viably’s login screen.

      How do I connect my eBay marketplace to Viably?

      1. Within the "Commerce" section of Viably's Automation tab of Viably, you will see the option to select "Other Ecommerce Platforms." This will open our link wizard with Rutter, our trusted and secure technology partner, who helps simplify connecting to your ecommerce marketplaces.


        Select "Other Ecommerce Platforms" to connect eBay to Viably.

      2. This will open our link wizard with Rutter, our trusted and secure technology partner, who helps simplify connecting to your ecommerce marketplaces, like Ebay.

        To connect eBay to Viably, click continue in the Rutter wizard.
      3. Press continue, and then select Ebay.

         
        From your marketplace options in Viably, select Ebay to connect.
      4. Once selected, you’ll be asked to sign-in to your Ebay account.

        Connect eBay to Viably by signing into your eBay account.
      5. Then you’ll be directed to the following screen to grant Viably access to your Ebay account.

        Authorize Viably to have read-only access to your eBay account.
      6. Click “Agree and Continue” to complete the connection process, and you'll be redirected to Viably!
