When using Viably's debit card, we require that your Viably Global account balance has sufficient funds to clear your card transaction. If your account does not hold a sufficient amount of funds, the debit card transaction will be rejected.
Customers who have a transaction rejected with receive an email from Viably, outlining the cost of the transaction, the available funds, and a link to your Viably Global Account. If you wish to reattempt the transaction, you will need to add sufficient funds to the account associated with your virtual debit card.
