You may encounter issues with your Viably debit card not functioning as expected. Here are two key points to consider:
Is your Viably Debit card activated?
Users have the flexibility to activate or deactivate their debit cards as needed, providing you with complete control. If your card is inactive, any attempted transactions will be declined. Ensure that your card is activated before use; you can easily do this through your Viably account page.
Do you have sufficient funds in your Viably Global account?
Your Viably debit card is linked directly to your Viably Global account, drawing funds from it for transactions. Before making any purchases, double-check that you have adequate funds available. If you're uncertain, it’s always best to verify your balance. Like any standard debit card, if there are insufficient funds in your account, your transactions will be declined.
*If your card is declined five times within a short period for any reason, it will be temporarily deactivated for 24 hours.
