How can I grant Viably access to my Amazon Seller data?

This reviews an additional step you may need to take, to connect your Amazon data to Viably.

When you are applying for funding with Viably, you are required to connect your ecommerce marketplaces. The steps needed to complete this connection are outlined here

During that process you will be shown a screen in which you securely authorize Viably to have read-only access to your Amazon data. 


Authorize read-only access between Amazon Seller Central and Viably.

Usually this will provide Viably the appropriate access to review your store's health and cash flow to underwrite you for funding. In some cases you may need to take an additional step to authorize Viably as a developer, to have read-only access to your Amazon Seller Central data. 

When you login to Amazon Seller Central navigate to the left-hand menu. Scrolling down select "Apps and Services." From there click "Manage Your Apps."

Navigate to Apps and Services, then Manage Apps in Seller Central to authorize Viably.

This will open the view of all the apps you have connected to. From here you will need to click "Authorize" for Viably.

After you've authorized Viably to have read-only access to your data, head back to Viably's platform. Navigating to the "Automation" and then clicking "Commerce." Here you will find your existing Amazon Seller Central connection. Click "Disconnect" to established a new connection, now that you've authorized Viably. 

Disconnect and create a new connection between Amazon and Viably.

Once disconnected, click "Connect" from Viably Automations.

From there you'll be prompted one last time to authorize Viably, and then you should be set! This will then give Viably should have read-only access, helping us review your store so we can create custom funding offers for your business.
