Create a Custom Report

Take control of your reporting by creating custom reports, making them uniquely yours for a more insightful and streamlined decision-making process.

This article walks you through the steps of crafting personalized reports, guaranteeing that the data you receive is tailored to meet your specific business goals and preferences.

Creating a report

  1. Navigate to Reports ➡️ Custom Reports

  2. Click on Create Report
    Note: You can also choose to begin by importing a predefined Report Template that you can then edit to your liking

  3. Fill in the Basic Info to help you organize your report for easy identification in the future

     

  4. Fill Report Data, which act as filters that determine the 'grouping' on the report as well as the metrics shown in the report
    Note: You must select a date grouping before you can select Table Columns and Main Summary Tiles (Main Summary Tiles are optional)

  5. Select a Default Timeframe and Schedule, then click Create Report


Using a template to create a custom report

  1. Navigate to Reports ➡️ Templates

  2. ​Click on the report you wish to use as the basis to your custom report

  3. Click on edit and save template

  4. Customize the metrics, schedule and default timeframe period

  5. Click Save
