What are the different ways I can deposit money into my Viably Account?

This article reviews the ways you can add funds to your Viably Global Account.

Now that you have access to your new Viably Global account and Viably debit cards, let's talk about ensuring you have funds to use these tools to grow!

There are several ways you can use to deposit money into your Viably Global Account, including:

• Make Viably your Payout Account
• Connect to a Payment Processor
• Connect to Your Business Bank Accounts
• Electronic Bank Transfer via ACH
• Electronic Bank Transfer via Wire

Make Viably your Marketplace Payout Method

To activate continuous funding with Viably and simplify how you get paid by the marketplaces you sell on - you are required to make Viably your primary payout account on your marketplace. As you get payouts from your marketplaces, those funds will automatically be disbursed to your Viably Global account - helping you seamlessly view and manage all incoming payouts, from the same place you receive funding, make payments, and create your forecasts.

Connect to Your Business Bank Accounts

When you applied for funding with Viably, we asked you connect your existing business bank and credit accounts to get the full view of your business' financial health.

Have more accounts you'd like to connect to Viably, so you can move funds into your Global Account? From Viably Automation, select the Financial Accounts to connect additional external banks. You can easily connect using the Plaid wizard or manually adding those bank details.


Once connected, you can click “Move Money” in the upper right-hand corner to start an ACH transfer directly to your Viably Global Account. This transfer will be completed in 2-3 business days.

Link to a Payment Processor

Connect your Viably Business account to your payment processor, to easily receive deposits into your Viably account. To establish this connection you’ll need your Viably account number and routing number.

 

Electronic Bank Transfer via ACH

Easily complete an electronic bank transfer via ACH to your Viably account, from any U.S. bank. If you opt to add funds to your Viably account with this method, the money will be available in 2-3 days.

You will need to provide the ACH routing number for your Viably Global Account. From your Viably Accounts Dashboard, select open the details of your Viably Global USD Account (clicking the 3 dots next to your USD balance). 



You'll then see the snapshot of your account and routing number, and the option to "Show more details." 


In the expanded view of your Viably Global Account details you can easily view and copy your ACH routing number! Note that fees may apply from the current bank from which you're initiating the transfer from.

Electronic Bank Transfer via Wire

Send a wire transfer to your Viably account, from any U.S. bank. Should you fund your Viably account via wire transfer, the money is usually available the same day.
